Notice to all clients of changes or enforcements for 2011:

Please understand we have done our best to keep prices @ a minimum, unfortunately we are forced to raise prices to offset rising costs beyond our control. Please read our new Rack Cards that replaces our Brochures for the new pricing, changes in menu and new hours of availability.

We are going to do our best to give you our skills and time you are paying for, for wellness and relaxation. We are asking that you return the respect for our knowledge and time by being timely and/or calling before the 24 hours before your appointment for cancellation. We understand there are circumstances that are unavoidable and will handle those circumstances as they arise. If you have an unavoidable circumstance please call us as soon as possible. If this shop doesn’t hear from you by the end of the time frame you have scheduled with an unavoidable problem you will be billed $25.00 for a no call/no show.

While we do not have a lot of returned checks, there will be a $50.00 fee assessed to the cost of the check, for returned checks.

We would like to be very clear on what is involved in your scheduled time frame. From the time you are invited to enter the inner office area your time begins, we will do a quick assessment of what may be bothering you/pain level, preferences as to type of massage/tools needed and a wellness plan as needed. This time allows for undressing /redressing, going to bathroom if needed, rescheduling/paying, etc. Please choose the appropriate time needed for your attention.

For instance if you are needing relaxation from stress/tension the 1 hour massage may be appropriate. But, if you have knot/s needing attention, muscle spasm, pain, etc. that needs to be addressed; you may choose the 1 ½ hour massage, making sure your therapist has ample time to address the entire body. When you set the appointment please let us know if you have any issues that must be addressed or when you come in. You may also choose to do spot treatment on an issue instead of the full body treatment due to the time frame scheduled. Know that sometimes it takes more than one session to reverse problem areas. Please let your therapist know what is going on so she can appropriately schedule your time. While our therapist has been very generous in the past, know that our time is valuable to us.
